Pricing FAQs

We use a credit-based system to offer more flexibility and control, where one credit equals one dollar. By purchasing credits upfront, you can better manage costs and avoid unexpected billing spikes. Credits also provide flexible payment intervals, making it easier to switch between pay-as-you-go and longer-term contracts. Additionally, credits allow us to offer volume-based or commitment discounts, giving you the chance to save more as your usage scales.
-
Unused credits expire 12 months after the purchase date. However, you can extend their expiration with a new purchase. When you make a new purchase, the life of your existing credits is extended along with the new ones. The minimum purchase required to extend your credits depends on your subscription type, offering flexibility based on your plan.

The key differences between a contract and a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pricing model are commitment, flexibility, and cost savings:
Commitment:
- Contract: A contract typically involves a longer-term commitment (e.g., monthly or yearly), where you agree to a set volume of usage or credits in advance.
- Pay-as-you-go: PAYG allows you to pay only for the resources you use, without any long-term commitment.
Cost vs. Flexibility:
- Contract: Contracts come with discounted rates since you’re committing to a certain level of usage. You will save more with longer terms or more traffic.
- Pay-as-you-go: PAYG is more expensive per unit compared to a contract, but it offers flexibility as you only pay for what you actually use.

No, record sizes are not priced at the same rate. Pricing is based on the amount of data processed, usually measured in Kbps or MBps, meaning larger records use more bandwidth and may incur higher costs. For easier understanding, we’ve built the calculator in ‘records per million,’ assuming an average packet size of 1KB. To convert back to Kbps, multiply the number of records by 8. If your packet size differs, please contact us, and we’ll provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your data.
